This class is for anyone who is free in the deep water and ready to learn the formal strokes of Front crawl and Back crawl. Like all of our classes we move at the pace that feels comfortable and fun for the students. This is where the best learning happens. Each class starts with talking about the parts of the strokes, seeing video of the different drills, and reviewing video taken of students in the previous session. During the 8 sessions students will build up to the front and back crawl in a series of drills that teach balance, easy breathing, and coordination of the different body parts. These steps then become the foundation of a lap swim routine to be able to enjoy at your local swimming pool.
